We take pride in our customer service. Most items are kept in stock, but due to the popularity of my items sometimes we quickly sell out. I have a very reliable and professional supplier and items are restocked quickly. Keep in mind most sales are shipped/mailed the same day of BUSINESS DAY purchases, and that is our goal. Due to uncontrolled situations (sell outs, holidays, bad weather, etc.) please allow (10) business days. If you need an item shipped quickly please communicate the fact, and we will communicate status, possible delay, etc.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Prior to refund all items must be returned within (7) business days in its original packaging and unused. All items MUST be inspected asap upon arrival. If an item is damage due to shippment please notify us immediately. We will take all reasonable, and necessary steps to make our customers satisified.
